By accessing or creating an account on RateZit (ratezit.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, clinic, establishment, or commercial entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
RateZit provides a customer feedback collection and routing platform designed for businesses where customer ratings and reputations matter (including clinics, salons, repair services, retail, hospitality, and dining). The service generates custom QR codes that direct customers to rating pages, intelligently routing positive experiences to public review platforms and negative experiences to private management dashboards.
3. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to tamper with review routing mechanisms, submit automated spam feedback, or use the service for fraudulent representation. RateZit reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate platform integrity.
